Mike Stapleton has over 30 years international experience in the hotel and catering business having worked throughout western and central Europe, the Middle East and Africa as well the Indian sub-continent and the USA. He was a senior employee with Trusthouse Forte, the Langdale Group and a Director at Deloitte & Touche and has also owned and operated his own catering group comprising a pub, wine bar and restaurants.

In addition to his experience, he also draws upon his professional qualifications, being both a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA) and Fellow of the Hotel & Catering International Management Association (FHCIMA).
